To be honest I was in starbucks earlier today tryin to get some caffeine in my system to drive to miami, but this is besides the point. While paying for my beverage I saw Anjulie's CD a Guayanese canadian singer. Never heard of her before and I love hearing fresh new music.After listening to a few songs I read her bio and shes a very talented singer.(which we need more of.) with a very unique voice with very different musical back grounds such as; reggae,afro carribean, and latin music. what do you think of her?

I thought Christina Aguilera could really Sang or even Beyonce,(no comparison) but I was on twitter a few days ago and my friend posted this and put me on to Miss Jessie. What looks like your typical girl with funky style and a soft british accent you wouldnt expect anything out of the ordinary there right? Then she pressed play and WOW ur blown away. literally left breathless. I actually had gotten chills. She's an up and coming artist that goes by Jessie shes a songstress and a songwriter very talented. The song "Momma Knows Best" is written by her as well as a few other songs posted on  youtube. Jessie Cornish sounds very down to earth and humble when she talks on her videos. She stated on her myspace page that she was recently signed to Universal Republican Records.

If you have respect for that extremely rare and raw talent that is still out there you will appreciate this video. . .
